2017 Review

2017 was a great year for the Friends of Cedarbrook & Thomson Memorial Parks. We were quite active, hosting or contributing actively to at least one event per month. It was fun to try different types of activities, including nature-oriented, science-oriented, and Arts in the Parks events.  Over 130 people in total attended, of all ages and backgrounds. And the Friends themselves contributed a grand total of almost 400 volunteer hours, including meetings, preparation, and promotion. Our Scarborough community is already a good place to live, but we made it even a little bit better in 2017. We love our parks!
